We are constantly seeing data repository nodes drop out of the cluster

Resolution
Add a 2nd interface on each node, and configure the 3 nodes control IP to use the new IPs.
Just use admintools -t re_ip -f filename

existingip1 existingip1 newbroadcastip1
existingip2 existingip2 newbroadcastip2
existingip3 existingip3 newbroadcastip3

But if the new interface just shares the same ethernet cable as the existing network on the real host running the VMs, this wouldn't do anything. You would need to be a 2nd interface on the hosting box tied to the VMs to separate the networks
