Issue/Introduction

Model shows Critical red in the Alarms tab but green in the Explorer tab in OneClick.

Environment

Component: OneClick

Cause

Information in the OneClick cache

OneClick caches a lot of information and sometimes this cached information can cause issues like not displaying the correct condition. Especially if the SpectroSERVER has to be restarted or a database reloaded.

Resolution

Flush the OneClick cache.

• Log out of OneClick
• Shutdown tomcat and webtomcat. Ensure they are not running.
• Remove the $SPECROOT/tomcat/work and $SPECROOT/webtomcat/work directories. These are the cache directories. They will be recreated when tomcat and webtomcat are restarted.
• Start tomcat and webtomcat
