Filter Out Closed Rally Workspaces and Projects in ConnectALL automation

Issue/Introduction

For large Rally environments, there may be hundreds of workspaces, many of which could be closed.

These closed workspaces make picking the right workspaces difficult in the automation details page, 

We are now showing only active Workspaces and Projects from Rally in ConnectALL automation details page.
