UMA agent blocking application transactions for DB2

Issue/Introduction
Transactions in the s970 application were being blocked by the UMA agent, causing slowdowns for application users. After setting autoattach to false, the application started working again. However, we need to monitor the relationship with the agent again.
Resolution
Implemented sidecar approach and no longer having the blocking scenario in DB2
