Generators are failing with random errors - bad SQL grammar [SELECT]

Issue/Introduction

All the generators are failing with random errors like this one:

The error is <resolve_meta_data_item: TDMServiceException: if: TDMServiceException: execsql: BadSqlGrammarException: StatementCallback; bad SQL grammar [SELECT TDM_SEQUENCE_PKG.GET_ID('SUBSCRIBER','QLAB03','SAMSON') FROM DUAL]>

Environment

TDM 4.10 and up

Cause

please involve your DBA, some of the identifiers is invalid.

Resolution

Test this function outside of TDM Portal..  This looks like an issue with the function itself..
