Automatic user mapping in ConnectALL is broken because user response parsing fails

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create jira <=> rallyV2 automation
2. Map the Asignee to owner and enable automatic user mapping.

 

Actual Results:

During the sync the user lookup will fail on the rally side due a parsing error.

 

Expected Results:

Should be able to perform user lookup and map values.
