Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to assign a rights combination so that a user is only able to see its own To Do items (the user is set as the To Do owner) and not other To Do items owned by others?

Resolution

To Do rights have not been implemented to consider the owner.

To Do global rights work together with the rights for the instance that contain the To Dos (a project instance, a task...).

When you grant the To Do global rights, you also need the specific rights for that instance to see the To Dos. For example, having the To Do global rights and no project right will not return any project To Dos. If you then assign the rights for one project instance, the user will be able to see all the To Dos for that project instance only, but will not see any To Dos for other project instances.
