Upgrade to AE v21.0.9 HF1 fails with error 'Invalid object name 'SQ_MQ1PWP'

Issue/Introduction

Users are not able to proceed further with the Automic system upgrade due to JWP startup failure during upgrade to v21.0.9.

20231228/112317.400 - 51     U00045015 The previous error was caused by 'com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: "Invalid object name 'SQ_MQ1PWP'."' at 'com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException.makeFromDatabaseError():265'.
20231228/112317.400 - 51     U00003620 Routine 'com.automic.kernel.impl.DBAction' forces trace because of error.

The Java Server Processes are not working if installed in a system that uses MS SQL applying the Alternative Schema, when started, the server logs and traces contain the following error message:

com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: "Invalid object name 'SQ_MQ1PWP'.
