Issue/Introduction

 

When using the CA 1 ISPF Utilities panel to scratch a tape it abends with a SB78-08.  How do I correct?

 

 

Resolution

Programs TMSIOCAP and TMSSCR must be authorized via parmlib member IKJTSO00 - in tables AUTHPGM and AUTHTSF.
