Communication error(80040402) when opening controller GUI on cluster robot

Issue/Introduction

We are experiencing communication issues while attempting to open the controller probe.

This problem has arisen since we started using the new cluster and CDM build version 7.11-T3 and 7.11-T1.

Previously, everything was working fine, but now both the controller and CDM probes are not opening and showing communication errors.

Environment

Cluster  7.11-T3

CDM version 7.11-T1

Cause

Modification in the new build.

Resolution

Resolve this issue by removing "audit = 6" from the robot.cfg file on all servers where the problem was occurring. Then, restart the Nimsoft watcher service for the changes to take effect.
