Resolution

The message is issued by the Healthchecker when the Datacollector dispatching priority is lower than the DB2 Address spaces.

Ensure the Datacollector has a dispatching priority equal or greater than the DB2 address spaces.

Note you can check the current dispatching priority of the various address spaces 
e.g Datacollector and DB2 Address spaces 

by using the "DISPLAY MVS" command from the Sysview for DB2 Menu command line and over typing the job name with the
jobname you want displayed.
