Closed RICs created when copying feature is used

Issue/Introduction

Copying existing risk and issue is a good feature but it is copying the risk status and To Dos status as is.  If user copy closed/resolved risk the status is coming as closed/resolved.

When the new risk/issue is copied, would like to set the status to open or to the default value.

Resolution

This is working as per the design. As per the current design, the RICs will be copied as is which means the status will also be copied from the parent RIC even if it's closed/resolved.
