Issue/Introduction

The new Refresh Resource Directory job seems to be missing and not scheduled 

Environment

16.2.1 and above

Cause

• Resource Directory and Relationship Explorer (Beta) feature toggle must be enabled 
• If the job is not present, you can then manually schedule it

Resolution

The Refresh Resource Directory job is a part of a new beta feature in 16.2.1. 

Please ensure you have enabled the feature to be able to see the job: 

• Prerequisites
  • To enable the Resource Directory feature:
  • Ensure you have the Administration - Feature Toggles – Navigate access right to access the Feature Toggles tile in Clarity Administration.
  • Navigate to Clarity Administration and click Feature Toggles.
  • Check the Enabled field for Resource Directory and Relationship Explorer (Beta).
