DevTest usage report showing 0 Power Users

Issue/Introduction
Ran the Usage Report - "Export Usage Audit Data". It recognized the "Service Virtualization for Performance" numbers but Power Users showed as 0 which we believe to be incorrect based on previous reports run.
Environment
DevTest 10.7
Cause
There was a standard migration of DevTest database instances from MySQL to AWS MS SQL Instance. After this migration, the DB view access_event_log_ex responsible to hold the data needed by usage report was found to be empty while the required data was present in respective table.
Resolution
The existing access_event_log_ex view was dropped and recreated with same definition and Enterprise Dashboard service was restarted. This helped to populate the view with required data and the usage report was generated with expected data against Power Users.
