DX OI Integration - Spectrum Devices that are in maintenance should not have alarms displayed in OI by default

Issue/Introduction

After enabling the Spectrum Data Publisher integration with DX OI we have noticed that alarms from Devices are in maintenance in Spectrum are displayed in DX OI, this is incorrect.  How to hide or filer the alarms from devices that are in maintenance in DX OI?

Environment

DX OI SaaS

DX OI 23.x, 24.x on premise

Resolution

1) Apply HOTFIX DX OI 24.1 HF1  (Note: if you are using OI v23.x, you will need to upgrade to version 24)

a) 24.1 HF1 is available from Support Download site:

b) Apply the additional manual configuration steps to enable the fix:

2) After the fix is applied you will be able to filter the spectrum alarms for the devices that are in maintenance by using the "show/hide  maintenance alarms" in the DX OI user interface, below is an example.
