Issue/Introduction

The upgrade of the service manager, as part of Centralized Agent Upgrade, will fail on Linux, due to missing library and will be rolled back with the following error message:

ERROR 256: mv -f /home/tomi/sm/bin/libgcc_s.so.1 /home/tomi/sm/bin/libgcc_s.so.1_old
mv: cannot stat '/home/tomi/sm/bin/libgcc_s.so.1': No such file or directory
U00022052 Error in file processing, the previous processing will be rolled back.
mv -f /home/tomi/sm/bin/ucybsmgr_old /home/tomi/sm/bin/ucybsmgr
mv -f /home/tomi/sm/bin/ucybsmcl_old /home/tomi/sm/bin/ucybsmcl
mv -f /home/tomi/sm/bin/libzu00132.so_old /home/tomi/sm/bin/libzu00132.so
mv -f /home/tomi/sm/bin/libsysapi.so_old /home/tomi/sm/bin/libsysapi.so

Known Defect.

Resolution

This is a known issue  planned to be fixed in 21.0.10 tentatively scheduled to be released end of April (version and timeline may change depending on internal testing).
