Issue/Introduction

Receiving following error in the Identity portal when trying to authenticate with BigiP F5 : 

ERROR [com.idmlogic.sigma.connector.ca.rest.exceptions.DefaultMessageListener] (default task-83) Login Failed: missing Header error: Missing SM header value sm-userdn

Environment

IDM 14.x

Cause

Recently upgraded the IDM Environment

Resolution

The SM_USERDN header was not injected properly by the F5 Big IP. They are querying this value from the user store which had changed IP with the upgrade.
Need to change the config on the F5 end to the new IP.
