Issue/Introduction

It was reported that metrics in SystemEdge drop to 0 value. 
It is making the DX Dashboard visualization distorted also if we apply minimum value of Dashboard it shows 0.
Same behavior can be seen in many servers.

Resolution

This is a known issue and the solution for this one is on this tech doc and also an ER has been raised for this.

Defect:  DE569980 which was converted to User Story.
