HTML Escape Characters Are Saved When Using Create From Template

Issue/Introduction

HTML Escape characters are saved when using Create From Template Modal form.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to Modern UX
2. Go to a Project/Idea/CIT
3. Click New From Template
4. Enter data containing HTML Escape characters (Ex: <New From Template!>)
5. Click Create.

Expected Results: Fields should only have have the data

Actual results: Fields contain HTML Escape characters instead of the characters as keyed in by the user.

NOTE: When user creates the project/Idea/CIT by clicking on '+' it shows correct data.
