Prevent DB200004E MICSLOG Messages and Enhancements

Issue/Introduction

DB2 PTF UI93345 (APAR PH55622), included in IBM's Recommended
Service Upgrade (RSU) RSU2309, adds nine additional Instrumentation
sections to the SMF type 100-0 DB2 Statistics record, resulting in a total
of 24 Instrumentation sections.

When data at this RSU level is processed by MICS in a
DAY065 or INCR065 step:

  - The 15 expected sections are processed normally
  - The 9 new sections are ignored
  - MICSLOG message DB200004E is written to MICSLOG for
    each SMF type 100-0 record containing 24 Instrumentation
    sections:

   DB200004E !!!!! UNANTICIPATED SECTION COUNT !!!!!                                  
   DB200004E SYSTEM RECORD - INSTRUMENTATION SECTION    24              
   DB200004E !!!!! UNANTICIPATED SECTION COUNT        

The statistics contained in the nine additional SMF type 100-0
Instrumentation sections are not available for analysis in the MICS
DB2DSY DB2 System Activity file.                      

Code updates are required to process the nine additional instrumentation
sections added by IBM's RSU2401.
