Editing an Existing CASB Audit Services Filter causes an error

Issue/Introduction

Audit / Services / Additional Filter such as this is created successfully and saved with desired custom name:

Later, Client tries to edit the existing filter, by simply increasing BRR value from 28 to some other value like 30, 35, 40, 50, etc.

Popup error similar to this is generated after filter is edited and the original BRR value is changed:

"Failed to Load browser data" Reference: 123456-7890-XXXY- YYZZ-AABB

Resolution

Workaround: Under Audit / Service / Additional Filters  - create a new filter from scratch with desired values

Update - 15 April 2024 - Patch provided by Engineering in CloudSOC 3.168.0 on 09 April 2024 fixed this issue
