MUX: Plans Displays View Options With No Content

Issue/Introduction

Within the Plans blueprint, Investments has been added. When viewing the "Investments" tab the "View Options" button is present, but when the button is pressed no View Options are displayed

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a "Plan" blueprint, and add the "Investments" module to it.
2. Create a Plan.
3. View the Plan, and access the "Investments". The "View Options" button displays, but when you click it no options display

Expected Results:
Either something should display or the "View Options" button shouldn't display

Actual Results:
An empty tab displays
