Issue/Introduction

SOI BMC connector offline after migrating to new ARServer

Environment

SOI 4.2
BMC connector

Resolution

1- stop the Catalyst Container BMC, CA SOI Integration Services, and CA SOI Event Management services 

2- Backup the files to a diffrent location then update the new AR server information in the following files:
- BMCRemedyAtriumConnector.conf
- BMCRemedyAtriumConnector.xml

which are locatted in  CA/Catalyst/BMC/registry/topology/physical/connector_name_BMC/modules/configuration

3- then remove the cache from the below folders:
- remove all files in  CA/Catalyst/BMC/container/data/log 
- remove all files in CA/Catalyst/BMC/container/registry-cache
- remove all files in CA/Catalyst/BMC/container/nls-store

4- start all SOI services in the conenctor server

Additional Information

review the log files in the following location for any error:
 CA/Catalyst/BMC/container/data/log

remove old SOI connector and clean up devices created by it
