We are unable to acknowledge alerts in WCC

Environment

Autosys 12.x
WCC 12.x

Resolution

1) restart the APP server on the primary Scheduler
2) stop ALL WCC servers
3) start the primary WCC server and test
4) restart any additional WCC servers.
