What module/s must be replaced via an IPL if maintenance is applied to them?

Resolution

If you have applied maintenance against TMSTMVT and you need to refresh the existing module, then you will need to IPL.  All other modules can be refreshed without an IPL, either via an LLA REFRESH or by running CAS9/CAIRIM to reload the module.
