When trying to import an SQL Server asset by scoping to the Windows asset where SQL is installed. Nothing is being imported in to Control Compliance Suite.
In this case, the SQL Server was installed using a named instance, the SQL Browser service is disabled, and the named SQL Server instance was changed to use the default port of 1433.
With the default port being used, CCS does not include that in the connection string so the SQL client is not able to make the connection to the SQL Server.
A private fix was released for this issue. The GA fix will be released in CCS 12.7. If you need a fix in CCS 12.6/12.6.1 please contact CCS Support for the private fix.
