Unable to re-arrange columns in a view

Issue/Introduction

It is not possible to modify the order of some columns in some views. This has been observed in several scenarios, but not always:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the MUX Project Grid view.
2. Move a column from the current position to another.
3. Wait some seconds and, optionally, save the view.
4. Refresh the page.

Expected Results: The columns show in the new order.

Actual Results: The columns show as in the original order.
