Increase Max Key Length for Cluster wide Property Names

Issue/Introduction

We came to the point where we exceeded the current max key length limit of 128 char in the CWP naming.

Would it be possible to increase this limit?

Environment

All supported Versions of API Gateway

Resolution

The clusterwide property is defined as varchar(128) in SSG database. CWP were not designed to have arbitrarily long names and are intended to save a few Gateway settings.
