uimapi 20.4.9 error: HTTP 401 Unauthorized when executing all calls

Issue/Introduction

Possibly since deploying CU9 all uimapi restcall fails with HTTP 401 Unauthorized when executed from the Swagger. 

"An error occurred while authorizing the user. Either the user is invalid or has insufficient permissions. Please check logs for additional information.</errorMsg>"

webservices ACL is present correctly
 
The issue happens with any user, administrator, even new user and new ACL. 

 

Environment

DX UIM 20.4.*

DXUIM/OC on rhel 7.9

Cause

non-reproducible. The issue could be environmental and is not reproducible in DX UIM 20.4* and it is not occurring at all on DX UIM 20.4.9

Resolution

If facing this issue, Upgrade to DX UIM 23.4
