Operation add failed WFLYCTL0211 VAULT::IAM::IAM_TRUSTSTORE_PASSWORD::1 causes IAM failure.

Issue/Introduction

When trying to start IAM, the following error is shown in server.log:
ERROR [org.jboss.as.controller.management-operation] (Controller Boot Thread) WFLYCTL0013: Operation ("add") failed - address: ([("core-service" => "vault")]) - failure description: "WFLYCTL0211: Cannot resolve expression '${VAULT::IAM::IAM_TRUSTSTORE_PASSWORD::1}'"

Identity Access Manager fails to start.

Environment

Version: Service Virtualization 10.7.2

Resolution

The userid that was running the "./IdentifyAccessManagerService start" command had insufficient privileges to access the vault.

Using the correct userid resolved the problem.
