Staff TSV Filter causes 'API-1019 : Could not process the request due to internal error'

Issue/Introduction

On the Investment Staff or Staffing Workspace, when attempting to filter for 'Actuals' Sum of Periods > 0, a pink toast message appears indicating an internal error with message  API-1019 : Could not process the request due to internal error

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Configure the Investment Staff Module or the Staffing Workspace Staff grid with Sum of Periods.
  2. Add the 'Actuals' Per-Period field 
  3. Filter for 'Actuals' > 0, or 'Remaining Availability' < 0, or 'Allocation' > 0 



Expected Results: To see rows returned that match the filtering. 

Actual Results: No rows returned and a pink Toast message appears 'API-1019 : Could not process the request due to internal error'. Additional details can be found in the app-ca.log file. 

NOTE: This also happens if a filter is used for any of the Per-Period fields such as Allocation > 0, Remaining Availability < 0

These are just some examples but it could be for any filtering operator using the Per-Period TSV fields. Operators such as: is equal to, is not equal to, is less than, is greater than, is between, is not between, is less than or equal to, and is greater than or equal to.
