Issue/Introduction

Alarm Policies do not list sql_response metrics for MCS Profiles

Environment

UIM 20.4 CU9 and prior versions

Cause

OC was probe probeWhiteListSTB parameter is missing the sql_response probe

Resolution

To make the metrics available for sql_response probe in alarm policies follow the below steps.

1. Go to IM
2. Select OC robot's wasp probe and open Raw configure
3. Expand webapps -> operatorconsole -> custom -> uncrypt
4. Edit probeWhiteListSTB 
5. In the value section at the end of existing value, append the value sql_response by separating a comma

Note: The sql_response probe will be included in the probeWhiteListSTB by default in 20.4 CU10 and above
