The setup wizard navigates to an empty screen

Issue/Introduction
When navigate to the setup wizard and go to discover devices, then proceed to select a hub to add the device, the screen blanks out.
Environment
UIM 23.4
Resolution
Workaround: once the user lands on the Discover Devices page wait for 5 seconds and then click on one of the discovery agents.
This defect got fixed and will be available with UIM 23.4 CU1
