Issue/Introduction

How do I update the LDAP host information in Advanced Authentication LDAP organization?

Environment

Symantec Advanced Authentication 9.1.x

Resolution

Follow these steps to update the LDAP organization:

  1. Login into admin console.
  2. In Organizations tab, search the ldap organization. In the search result, click on the Organization name.
  3. Click on Next in the Basic Organization Details section.
  4. Update the LDAP repository host information and Click on Next button.
  5. Except for the UserName mapping, you can edit the other mappings if necessary.
  6. Click Update to save the changes and complete the process.
  7. Refresh all deployed Risk Authentication Server instances.
