Issue/Introduction

There is a large number of PAM-SRR-0003 messages in the session logs of our production cluster nodes. There are hundreds of messages within a short time, and they repeat every hour. Example:

PAM-SRR-0003: More than one row in the session_recording table with the file name pam-appliance1-0000065349-1670422821991.gsr.  Please contact Broadcom Support.

Environment

4.1.1 PAM cluster

Cause

These message were generated by the hourly session recording reconciliation job. They did not point to a real problem and did not affect functionality of the product other than possibly obscuring messages of more interest in the session logs.

Resolution

The problem is fixed in PAM 4.1.2 and all newer releases.
