Issue/Introduction

When looking in audit you can see Update Investment Allocations job set Project Schedule Finish to a value taken from curves and then set it back immediately after that and within the same minute. This happens on one project 2 times in the space of few months.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Enable Project Start and Finish for Audit
2. Schedule Update Investment Allocations job to run once daily

Expected Results: The Update Investment Allocations job not to be updating the schedule start and finish dates back and forth

Actual Results: In audit, you see admin user and Investment Allocations updates the project finish to one value, then sets it back to initial value immediately after

Note: This behavior also applies to Start/Finish dates on Staffing/Team object and is not solely limited to Project dates.
