Escaped values inconsistently displayed in Grid and Properties module

Issue/Introduction

Attributes that contain values with escaped characters (like '&' for '&') are displayed differently in the Projects list Grid view ('&') and the Project Properties module ('&').

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Change the value of a String attribute (e.g.: 'Text 1') in the Project object to 'A&B'.
2. Compare the values of the attribute in the Projects list Grid view and the value shown in the Project Properties module.

Expected Results: Attribute in both views show the same value (either 'A&B', unescaped; or 'A&B', escaped).

Actual Results: Attribute in Project Properties module shows 'A&B', and attribute in Project list Grid view shows 'A&B'. When editing the value, Project list Grid view shows 'A&B'.
