IG FTP agent cannot connect to SOCKS proxy: Socks proxy address not defined

Issue/Introduction

The new Agent Integration FTP does not seem to know how to use the SOCKS proxy defined at the Agent Level, so when trying to use a conn object where the option SOCKS PROXY "use server settings" is ticked, the following error appears:

java.lang.runtimeexception: com.automic.ftp.exceptions.DataTransferException: Socks proxy address not defined in agent definition
