robot hub installer fails on launch

Issue/Introduction

I am trying to install a new hub and robot using the installer.exe but it is getting this error

Cause

corrupt install shield file

Resolution

Delete the new <application> folder created by Install Shield at this location

C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\<application>

Rerun the installer.
