The following error appears in the Vantage StoragePointâ„¢ Web Client screen after entering the login credentials.
Communication error. Please check the host IP address or port number. Then try the action again.
Following is the screen shot for the error message.
Possibly the SAMS task came up before TCP/IP.
Issue the following command on your SAMS STC.
/F SAMS,ACT,TCPIP
Here replace SAMS with Vantage started task name.
Clear the browser cache or open in a new incognito browser view and try to access the Vantage StoragePointâ„¢ Web Client (VSP) URL again.
