In order to have others to be notified on job completion or failure they will need to be added to the Notify section of the scheduled job.
In order for other users to see the scheduled job status in their Jobs Log section they will need to be added to the Sharing section of the scheduled job.
In each section there are options for specific resources or groups. If you choose a group, every resource in that group will be notified.
Here are the sections on each job.
The top section, Notify, has separate areas to Notify on Completion or Notify on Failure as well as by resource or group. Depending on the user's account settings, they may receive emails and/or notifications.
The Sharing section is to share the scheduled job with the resource so they can see them in the Jobs / Log section.
