SMTP sever not responding: Could not open connecttion to any server

Issue/Introduction

After migrating to a new environment from an old one, the customer is not able to connect to the new server getting the below error received from the SMTP server

Environment

DX UIM version 20.4

Emailgtw probe: 2.84 and 2.90

Resolution

This issue has been resolved with the attached emailgtw-2.91-T1.zip.

Apply the below steps:

1- Deployed the new build for the emailgtw probe

2- Add the following new key in the setup section using raw configuration: enable_auth = basic.
