23.4 Most security options in the IM fat client are grayed out

Issue/Introduction

After logging into my primary hub via the IM fat client, and then select security I am unable to select User Administration, and other options.

Environment

Version: 23.4
Component: IM fat client

Cause

Not using the latest version of the IM client to connect.

Resolution

Update the version of the IM fat client to 23.4.
