-Port 5005 keeps trying to bind to it even though it is disabled

Seeing message [ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.ArfTransport] Cannot create server socket on port 5005: Address already in use: bind

Resolution

Cannot disable port using introscope.remoteagent.collector.tcp.enabled=false  A new property will be added to disable port 5005.
