Issue/Introduction

Gatelet catches uploads and downloads with content inspection but not messages sent via chat.

Environment

This can happen with any of the supported messaging full Gatelets Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, ChatGPT, and Slack.

Cause

Content inspection for messaging has not been enabled.

Resolution

Enable content inspection for messaging on the CloudSOC tenant.  Directions on how to do that can be found below:
