Users missing in Oneclick console Users tab after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

We have upgraded Spectrum from 21.2 to 23.3.7 and are missing users in the Oneclick console in the Users tab.  We see all users in the Spectrum Control panel.  Those missing users get an error message when they try to log in.

Cause

We found nothing misconfigured on the servers but saw some strange behavior in communication between OC and the SS. This would point to a CORBA communications issue.

Resolution

We restarted both the SpectroSERVER and OneClick servers to resolve. Users are now seen in OC users tab and can log in sucessfully.
