TLS Enabled BCAAA communication fails on leap day

Issue/Introduction

On Leap Day (February 29th) communication for BCAAA agent that uses TLS fails with error - "Could not create server certificate"

Cause

Issue in logic of CertCreateSelfSignCertificate() function.

Following logs may be observed in BCAAA debug logs:

2024/02/29 09:39:02.826 [4564] [6312:4564] CertCreateSelfSignCertificate() failed: 0x57; status=87:0x57:The parameter is incorrect.
2024/02/29 09:39:02.826 [4564] [6312:4564] Could not create server certificate.

Resolution

Software defect fixed in BCAAA 6.1.53 release
