FDM unable to connect to Azure-MSI profile for seed table when using HASHLOV

Issue/Introduction

When using an Azure-MSI profile to connect to Azure on AWS in the cloud there is no problem on the initial connect with FDM
But within FDM when trying to connect to Azure-MSI profile for a seed or reference table, the following error is shown:
java.sql.SQLException:Error during opening connection: null

Environment

Release : 4.10

Component: Fast Data Masker FDM

Resolution

At this stage we do not support the seed database to be on Azure.
