Error 500 found while updating transaction class in list view

Issue/Introduction

The transaction class cannot be activated or deactivated from the Transaction class List in Classic PPM. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to classic PPM Administration > Financial > Setup > Transaction classes
2. Change the active status of any transaction class of type expense from the list view

Expected Results: 
Active status of transaction class to be updated 

Actual Results: 
Error 500 - Internal Server Error

Workaround: 
Editing the cost plan by opening the transaction class detail page
