Symantec VIP Streaming Reporting Client fails with error 26629: Either your account status is not active or you are not authorized to perform this operation

Issue/Introduction

The client appears to be running but the event.log file is not being populated with log data and the client.log shows error: 

[2023-03-11 01:53:35.715][ERROR] Unexpected error occurred in scheduled task
org.springframework.web.client.HttpClientErrorException$Unauthorized: 401 : "{"_status":{"statusCode":26629,"statusMessage":"This account is not authorized to perform the requested operation.","detailMessage":"Either your account status is not active or you are not authorized to perform this operation."}}"

Resolution

• In VIP Manager, verify Report Streaming is listed under the Account > Features tab. If not, contact VIP Technical Support. 
  
• Confirm that the service has been activated (see: Activating the VIP Report Streaming Service)
• If the p12FilePath, p12Password, or onBehalfOfAccountId values are changed in the client.properties file, stop the client and manually delete the nextURL.txt file. This file is rebuilt when the client is restarted.
